To use your personal data lawfully, we rely on one or more of the following legal bases:

Performance of a contract

Processing your information is necessary for us to provide your products and services that are related to treatment abroad and we agreed to deliver subject to our terms and conditions.

Our legitimate interests

Legitimate interest means the interests of the Company in conducting and managing our business when providing products and services. Our core legitimate interests are to provide the best customer service, improve our products and services, and to protect our customers, employees and shareholders. A very important part of our legitimate interests is the ability to manage our relationship with you as effective as possible and provide the best possible customer experience to you.

Accessing your personal data (the right to access)

You have the right to confirmation as to whether or not we process your personal data and, where we do, access to the personal data, together with certain additional information. That additional information includes details of the purposes of the processing, the categories of personal data concerned and the recipients of the personal data. Providing the rights and freedoms of others are not affected, we will supply to you a copy of your personal data. The first copy will be provided free of charge, but additional copies may be subject to a reasonable fee.

Updating and correcting your personal data (the right to rectification)

You have the right to have any inaccurate personal information about you rectified and, taking into account the purposes of the processing, to have any incomplete personal data about you completed.

Where we rely on your permission to process your personal information (the legal basis for our processing of your personal information is consent), you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal will not affect the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.

Restricting (the right to restrict processing) and objecting (the right to object to processing)

You have the right to request us to restrict the processing of your personal information. You may request us to restrict processing your personal information if you believe that:

If you make such an objection, we will cease to process the personal information unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing is for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

You have the right to object to our processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes (including profiling for direct marketing purposes). If you make such an objection, we will cease to process your personal data for this purpose.

Deleting your personal data (your right to be forgotten)

If you have a complaint about the use of your personal information, please let us know, giving us the opportunity to put things right as quickly as possible. We ensure all complaints received will be fully investigated.

If you consider that we fail to attend your complaint in reasonable time, you have a legal right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority responsible for data protection.

How long we keep your personal data

This section sets out our data retention policies and procedure, which are designed to help ensure that we comply with our legal obligations in relation to the retention and deletion of personal data.

Your information that we process for any purpose or purposes shall not be kept for longer than is necessary for that purpose or those purposes.

Notwithstanding the other provisions of this section, we may retain your personal data where such retention is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which we are subject, or to protect your vital interests or the vital interests of another natural person.

Records help us demonstrate that we are meeting our responsibilities and to keep as evidence of our business activities.

How we keep your information safe

We are aware of security threats and make every possible effort to protect your information.
